Zvezda
This Russian manufacturer has a fairly large lineup of aircraft and military vehicle kits in addition to a small but fairly good
selection of ships. They produce a number of ex-Heller sailing ships including the Brigantine, Porqouis Pas? and paddle steamer Occident,
and have produced at least one new kit of their own, a mediaeval cog (now reissued by Revell). Unfortunately Zvezda have also adopted Heller's old tactic of
"recycling" kits into new ones of dubious accuracy - their "Crusader's Ship" for example is simply a reissued Cog with a few parts changed.
Zvezda also produce a couple of excellent 1/350 scale kits of Imperial Russian warships from the predreadnought era, a Borodino-class battleship and the cruiser Varyag.
